Measuring criminal authority: the Legitimacy of Secret Power Scale
A new research article published in Group Processes & Intergroup Relations introduces a tool to measure individuals’ legitimisation of criminal authority. The article reports three studies involving more than 3000 participants and examining the structure of a new Legitimacy of Secret Power (LSP) Scale, its associations with other constructs, and the scale’s measurement invariance and associations in Italy, the UK, Japan, and the US.
The article was co-authored by the Secret Power project research team.
